Huntington Place is a gated luxury community in the southern area of Huntington Beach, California. This neighborhood features large scale homes that are close to shopping, schools, recreation, and entertainment.
Huntington Place is considered to have some of the nicest homes in the region and is reflective of Mediterranean architecture. There are 160 homes that were built in 1990 by J.M. Peters. These estates feature four to six bedrooms and range from 3,183 to 4,500 square feet. Because there is not a community pool or clubhouse, the Home Owners Association dues are very low.

And families can choose from a variety of private schools in the Huntington Beach area including St. Bonaventure School, Hebrew Academy, Liberty Christian School, and The Pegasus School.
The Huntington Place is close to the Edison Community Center which features lighted basketball courts, volleyball courts, lighted softball diamonds, tennis courts, group picnic shelters, barbecues, and children’s play equipment. This center has four meeting rooms as well as a kitchen, lounge, and game room with pool, table games, and ping pong.
